About the Tulip
Tulips are spring-blooming plants that grow from bulbs and open large, cup-shaped flowers in red, orange, pink, yellow, or white. They belong to the lily family, and many have a differently colored blotch deep inside the petals. In the 1600s tulips grew so fashionable in the Netherlands that single bulbs sold for staggering prices. Color this printable in bold blocks, the way tulip fields are planted in long bright rows.
