Payment Methods

💳 Cards & Stripe

Credit and debit card payments are processed securely by our PCI-compliant provider (Stripe).

💰 PayPal

PayPal is available if you prefer to pay with an existing PayPal balance or linked funding source.

📄 Manual Invoices

Enterprise teams can request manual invoices and international wire transfer instructions by contacting billing@mazediy.com.

Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

If your payment method operates in another currency, your provider will convert the charge at its prevailing exchange rate and may apply conversion fees.

Any VAT, GST, or sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing location.

We are preparing flexible subscription bundles to replace the legacy commercial license. Pricing details will be announced before launch.

Invoice Process

Receipts and invoices are emailed to the billing contact once payment is confirmed.

Most invoices are delivered within minutes; manual invoices are issued within two business days.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are due upon receipt.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window for annual plans and unused subscription periods unless a different guarantee is stated at purchase.

✅ Refund Conditions

Refunds are approved for unused time, service outages, or if we are unable to deliver the feature set advertised at purchase.

📋 Refund Process

Submit a request with your order number and details to billing@mazediy.com. Approved refunds are issued within 5-7 business days.

❌ Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are not available for heavily used licenses, expired subscription periods, or bespoke professional services once delivered.

Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all payment disputes amicably through direct communication.

If direct resolution fails, disputes may be escalated to relevant payment processors or legal authorities.

Disputes are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which MazeDIY operates.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment processors.

We do not store credit card information. All payment data is handled by our secure payment partners.
