About the Billiard eight ball
Eight-ball is a kind of pool played on a table with six pockets and sixteen balls. Seven balls are solid colors, seven are striped, and one is the black number 8. Each player takes either the solids or the stripes, clears them all, then wins by sinking the 8 ball last in a called pocket. Trace this printable at a games-room table and spot the famous black ball that ends the game.
- A pool set has seven solid balls, seven striped balls, and the black 8 ball.
- You win eight-ball by pocketing the 8 last, after clearing your own group.
