About the Archery arrow
An arrow is the thin, straight shaft that an archery bow shoots at a target. A sharp point sits at the front, and small feathers or plastic fins at the back keep it flying straight and true. Those fins, called fletching, make the arrow spin a little so it does not wobble. Add this printable to a target-sports corner and trace it from feathered tail to pointed tip.
- The feathers at the back of an arrow are called fletching and steady its flight.
- An arrow flies straight because its fins keep the point aimed forward.
