About the Flexed arm muscle, bicep
The bicep is the muscle on the front of your upper arm, between the shoulder and the elbow. When you bend your elbow to lift something, the bicep tightens and bulges up into a little hill. Its main job is to fold your forearm up toward your shoulder. Trace the rounded muscle, then bend your own arm and watch your bicep pop up.
