About the Tennis
Tennis is a racket sport played one against one, or in pairs of two. Players use a strung racket to hit a hollow rubber ball back and forth over a net. The ball's fuzzy felt cover slows it just enough that players can steer it and add spin. You win a point when your opponent cannot send the ball back into your court. Trace this printable during a racket-sports unit, then head outside for a real rally.
- The fuzzy felt cover helps players grip and control the ball with spin.
- Tennis can be played as singles, one on one, or doubles, two against two.
