About the Train
A train is a line of cars linked together that rolls along two steel rails. A powerful engine called a locomotive usually pulls the cars, carrying people or heavy freight. Steel wheels on steel rails have so little friction that trains move loads very efficiently. Print this for a transport unit and trace the path from the engine to the last car.
- Steel wheels on steel rails slide with very little friction, saving energy.
- A locomotive is the powerful engine that pulls the train's cars.
