About the Trampoline
A trampoline is a stretchy sheet of strong fabric held tight over a frame by dozens of coiled springs. When you land on it, the springs stretch and then snap back, launching you high into the air. People bounce on them for fun and in the sport of gymnastics. Trace this printable in a jump-and-move lesson and follow the springs around the edge.
- Springs around the edge stretch and snap back to bounce you upward.
- Trampolining is both a backyard game and an Olympic gymnastics sport.
