About the Peony
The peony is a flowering plant with large, full blooms packed with soft, layered petals. It grows wild across parts of Asia, Europe, and western North America, and gardeners have long prized it for late-spring color. Peonies are the only members of their small plant family. Their many petals give this printable plenty of loops to trace before you fill the bloom with pink or white.
- A single peony bloom can hold hundreds of soft, overlapping petals.
- Peonies belong to a small plant family all their own.
- Wild peonies grow in Asia, Europe, and western North America.
