About the Shoe
A shoe is a covering for the foot that protects it and makes walking more comfortable. Shoes usually come in pairs, with one shaped for the left foot and one for the right. The oldest leather shoe ever found is around 5,500 years old, so people have been making footwear for a very long time. Print a matching pair and trace both, a nice way to practice the idea of left and right.
- Shoes are made in pairs, each shaped to fit a different foot.
- A shoe has a sole on the bottom that guards the foot from the ground.
