About the Weight plate
A weight plate is a flat, heavy disc, usually cast from iron, that slides onto the end of a bar. Adding plates makes a barbell or dumbbell heavier, so lifters can build strength little by little. Each plate is marked with how much it weighs. Print this for a fitness-themed corner and trace the round plate with the hole in its middle.
