About the Foot
Carrying your weight with every step, the foot is the flat part at the bottom of your leg that lets you walk, run, and jump. It presses against the ground with each step and springs you forward. Surprisingly, about a quarter of all the bones in your body are found in your two feet. Trace around the toes and heel, then have children trace their own feet to compare sizes.
